We established Policy & Planning Insights, LLC, to expand our capacity to facilitate successful outcomes for federal, state, and local government housing and community programs, as well as to support the work of community-based nonprofit organizations.

Our business model is based on providing unparalleled, personalized service to our clients. We know that the technical and management processes surrounding successful implementation of federal, state, and local housing and community development programs can be daunting, and we want to help.

Our Team

Dr. Anne R. Williamson, Principal

Dr. Anne R. Williamson has more than 25 years' experience in applied research, impact analyses, assessments, and evaluations. She is an expert in housing policy, including multifamily issues and fair housing. She earned a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy at The University of Georgia and an M.A. in Finance at the University of Florida. She teaches public administration, public policy, and planning and is also an experienced manager in public- and private-sector organizations, including serving as senior management for housing programs. In January 2009 she was formally admitted to U.S. Federal Court as a housing policy expert.

Marta Strambi-Kramer, Senior GIS Analyst 

Marta Strambi-Kramer has more than a decade's experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and urban planning, including application of GIS technology to issues in housing policy and community development.

Douglas A. White, Econometrician

Douglas A. White has more than 10 years' experience in econometrics and specializes in the application of statistical techniques to complex datasets associated with demographics, housing, and community issues.
